Hi, I’m Zoë

I’ve been practising yoga for over seven years now, and this year
I hope to qualify as a teacher. This blog is where I’ll be documenting my journey.
If at any point I get too lost up my own backside (physically or metaphorically), please be sure to let me know.

Yoga can be simple

I want to show you that no matter how unwieldy your body is, or how much or
little you care about the fluidity and wholeness of the universe, yoga has
this wily way of making everything in life a little bit better – even if you don’t
quite know it at the time.
